Front Desk Marketing Assistant $30,000-$36,000/yr
Would you be excited to work full time at the center of a fast moving, award winning general insurance office in South Edmonton? This position involves calling/emailing existing clients to book appointments, juggling office calendars, assisting in numerous marketing programs, update client accounts as well as updating our Facebook and working with Google.
A successful applicant will first and foremost have great people skills and great computer skills including social media. They will be able to organize themselves and others and handle conflicting priorities. An insurance license is required so the ability to self-study and pass the AIC exam within 60 days is required.
Competitive compensation range from $30,000-$36,000/year fulltime. Includes benefits, potential for significant annual bonus & commissions.

Job Description
50 % Calling and emailing clients for:
- Insurance reviews
- Claim follow-up
- Daily payment calls for Lapse/Cancel policies
- Pending re-quote calls from SMP and P+ software
- Onboarding new clients:
- Open up online accounts and iPhone Pocket Agent
- Start automatic payments by Visa/MasterCard
- Start paperless billing
- CAI update and send welcome and referral cards
- Google review follow up
20% Office work including:
- Making Insurance review packages
- Making marketing packages
- Handle courier, mail, and fax incoming
- Order / stock office supplies
- Handle general office phone voice mailbox
- Assisting in many insurance transactions in support of the Team
- Help guests start claims
20% Computer Work including:
- Sales record updates in Milestones
- Sequential Marketing Plan (SMP) updates
- Daily follow up lists updates
- Coordinate team calendars
- Google and Facebook coordination
10% Front Desk Concierge duties including
- Ensure guests are helped in every way
- Open, close and maintain guest greeting area
