ThinkTANK’s Production Coordinator plays a vital role in our commitment to provide superior outdoor/out-
of-home advertising to our customers.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Management of vehicle distribution (AdVans, Trailers, company vehicles)
- Fulfillment of production orders – moving vehicles, erecting signage, maintenance of signage/balloons and shop inventory
- Coordinate maintenance of vehicles/signage as necessary; maintain maintenance records
- Detailing of vehicles, upkeep of shop, procurement of required supplies
- Responsible for ensuring the health and safety of themselves, fellow employees and clients while
conducting all business - Duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Driver’s License, clean 5-Year Driver’s Abstract
Required Skills
- Capable of independently lifting/moving 100+ pounds
- Adaptable, quick thinker, professional demeanor
- Self-driven, ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as internet e-mail services
