Loading...RentWest Management Corp. is growing and looking for Custodial Building Managers who share our vision to provide our residents with an exceptional rental experience that includes a safe, clean, attractive, and well-maintained rental suite. Duties Include:
• Perform and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of the building(s) and grounds
• Collect and deposit rents and post reports to head office
• Prepare suites for rental, screen, and interview potential residents
• Complete rental applications, move-in and move-out reports, and other documents as needed
• Answer and respond to resident concerns and enquiries promptly
• Undertake minor maintenance and repairs
• Conduct monthly and annual safety inspections, and
• Enforce building and company rules and regulations following the RTA, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Alberta Human Rights Act
Successful candidates:
• Work independently
• Make and keep plans to complete their work on time
• Lift, pull, carry, ascend and descend stairs as a regular part of their work
• Recognize that they are in a customer service job and communicate with civility and compassion
• Like learning new skills and sharing their expertise
• Solve problems by listening, understanding, and acting carefully
• Appreciate teamwork and communication
• Can tell at least one good clean joke
